2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Email correspondence. If you email us (editorial, partnerships, press, privacy), we receive your email address and whatever content you choose to include.
• Newsletter signups (when offered). If you sign up for any newsletter we may launch, we collect your email address. We will not enable newsletter signups before publishing a separate, signup-specific consent flow.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) logs basic request metadata: IP address, user-agent string, referrer URL, requested URL, response status, and approximate geolocation derived from IP. Logs are retained for up to 30 days and used for diagnostics, security monitoring, and aggregate analytics. We do not associate these logs with named individuals.
• Cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list. Analytics cookies are optional and only set after consent.
• Affiliate click tracking. When you click an outbound affiliate link, the destination casino receives the click via a tracking URL that includes a sub-ID identifying that the referral came from this Site. We do not transmit your name, email, or other personal identifiers in that URL — only the click event.

• Analytics provider (if and when enabled): We will publish the specific analytics provider in our Cookie Policy before any analytics cookies are set.
• Affiliate networks: When you click an outbound affiliate link, the click event is transmitted to the casino's affiliate network. We do not transmit personally identifying information in this event — only the click and the sub-ID.
• Law enforcement: We will disclose information when required by law (valid subpoena, court order, similar legal process).

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our hosting provider operates a global infrastructure. If you visit the Site from outside the US, information about your visit may be processed in the US or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable, we rely on standard contractual clauses and similar mechanisms for international data transfers.

8. Data retention

• Email correspondence: Retained for up to 3 years for editorial and corrections-tracking purposes, then deleted.
• Server logs: Up to 30 days at the hosting provider level.
• Analytics data (if enabled): Aggregate data only; no individual-level retention.
• Affiliate click data: Click events are retained by the affiliate network per their policies, typically 30–90 days.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including TLS encryption on all Site pages, restricted access to email mailboxes, and regular security review of third-party providers. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 21 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

11. Do Not Track

The Site honors the browser-level "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. If your browser sends DNT, no optional analytics cookies will be set even if you have not used our consent banner.
